Stock management

Replenishment:

• Shelf replenishment: Ensure that shelves are always stocked through regular replenishment. This includes transferring items from the warehouse to the shop floor and maintaining product availability for customers.
• Inventory replenishment: monitor low stock levels and trigger replenishment based on sales data or inventory thresholds.

Organization:

• Warehouse management: Maintain a well-organized backroom or storage area where products are sorted and easily accessible. This includes labeling products, sorting them by category, and ensuring clear labeling of items.
• Delivery reception: verify the accuracy of deliveries, inspect products for quality or damage, and ensure that all received stock is recorded in the inventory system.
• Ensure that all deliveries are processed and managed in the POS system.
• Complete documentation correctly according to the House of Karl procedures
• Stock monitoring: Periodic verification and updating of stock levels to prevent excess or out-of-stock situations. This involves performing stock counts and reconciling physical inventory with the system to ensure accuracy.
• Data entry: updating the inventory list with product quantities, price changes, and other relevant details as deliveries are processed and sales are made.

Safety and protection

• Maintain safety standards in aisles and warehouses.
• Follow and enforce loss prevention policies and minimize inventory shrinkage.
• Promote a respectful and safe environment for colleagues and customers.
• Product knowledge:
• Continuously learn about collections, materials, and product stories.

Brand representation

• Represent the brand's values, mission, and products consistently.
• Take ownership of your personal development by participating in training modules and e-learning.
