The role

What you'll do

  • Lead, train, and support center managers and academic coordinators through individual and team meetings, onboarding, and monitoring of their professional development.

  • Ensure the correct implementation of the Kids&Us methodology and academic processes: audits, teacher training, Oral Tests, Placement Tests, tutoring, and Term Reports.

  • Lead the MOS (Model Observation System): analyze results, detect areas for improvement, and implement action plans.

  • Coordinate the academic planning of the centers: calendars, group organization, ratios, teacher assignment, and the feasibility of new groups.

  • Supervise the daily operation of the centers, anticipating incidents and organizing coverage and substitutions.

  • Participate in the selection and onboarding of teachers and coordinators.

  • Drive student loyalty and communication with families (events, Fun Weeks, workshops, meetings), in collaboration with the Commercial area.

  • Supervise material stock and center resources.

  • Report results, risks, and improvement proposals weekly and monthly to Kids North Management.

  • Previous experience in academic coordination and team management.

  • Advanced digital competencies, including proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.).

  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with teachers, families, and teams, including the management of delicate situations.

  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and resolve problems with agility.

  • Previous experience with the Kids&Us methodology and in educational environments will be valued.

  • Negative certificate from the Central Registry of Sex Offenders (legal requirement in Spain).
