Operations Technician - Maintenance and Energy Management

From Serveo's Infrastructure area, we are looking for an Industrial Engineering graduate to provide support to the manager by helping in the management of maintenance services in various services located in Cantabria, Asturias and Basque Country, with an initial workplace in Santander.

Provide support in the coordination of operations, the work team, and commercial actions with their clients.

Collaborate in service planning and support for the services provided by resolving any incidents that may arise and proposing improvements in execution, to guarantee compliance with contract requirements and the objectives set by the supervisor.

Provide support in the preparation of offers to contribute to the awarding of installations and works, promote meetings, and follow up on subcontractors.

Degree in Industrial Engineering and/or similar.

High level of Office Suite and proficiency in Autocad.

High level of English (minimum B2) is valued.

Desde el área de Infraestructuras de Serveo estamos buscando un/a graduado/a en Ingeniería Industrial para dar apoyo al gestor ayudando en la gestión de servicios de mantenimiento en distintos servicios con ubicación en Cantabria, Asturias y Pais Vasco con puesto de trabajo inicial en Santander.

Dar apoyo en la coordinación de las operaciones, el equipo de trabajo y las acciones comerciales con sus clientes.

Colaborar en la planificación del servicio y soporte a los servicios prestados resolviendo las incidencias que puedan surgir y proponiendo mejoras en la ejecución de, para garantizar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos del contrato y de los objetivos marcados por el superior.

Dar soporte en la elaboración de ofertas para contribuir a la adjudicación de instalaciones y obras, fomentar reuniones y hacer un seguimiento de subcontratas.

Grado en Ingeniería industrial y/o similar.

Nivel alto Paquete Office y manejo de Autocad.

Valorable nivel alto de inglés (mínimo B2).
