• Experience in monitoring and observability in enterprise environments.

• Experience in management and analysis of infrastructure, systems, and application events.

• Knowledge of advanced observability and monitoring tools.

• Experience in automation through scripting or operations tools.

• Ability to investigate complex incidents and perform root cause analysis.

• Experience working in operation environments and critical service support.

• Experience with Dynatrace.

• Knowledge of both the traditional monitoring model and the current observability capabilities of Dynatrace.

• Experience with BMC Helix Operations Management.

• Experience with BMC Helix AIOps.

• Knowledge of end-to-end observability and AIOps models.

🚀 Are you passionate about advanced monitoring, observability, and the continuous improvement of IT operations?

We are looking to add a Specialist in Monitoring, Observability and AIOps to strengthen a high-criticality ITOps team, participating in the evolution of early detection capabilities, intelligent event analysis, and operations optimization.

What will you do?

• Manage and evolve enterprise monitoring and observability platforms.

• Analyze, correlate, and optimize events from multiple monitoring sources.

• Design dashboards, metrics, and service indicators.

• Identify patterns, perform root cause analysis, and improve alert quality.

• Drive automation initiatives aimed at reducing manual tasks and improving operational efficiency.

• Collaborate in the adoption of AIOps capabilities within the Operations area.

• Contribute to the proactive detection of incidents and the continuous improvement of service stability.

📍 Hybrid Madrid

🕒 Service with 24x7 coverage via rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays according to the operational roster.

✅Permanent contract

✅ 26 days of annual leave (22 vacation days, 2 personal days, and 24 and 31 December as company holidays by default)

✅ Working hours: 8:30 to 18:00 (Monday to Thursday) and 8:00 to 15:00 on Fridays, with an intensive summer schedule from July to August from 8:00 to 15:00.
