Requirements

What we're looking for

At least 5 years of experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer or similar profiles within Engineering Platform teams.

• Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift in platform development and operation environments.

• Experience in the design, construction, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps and, ideally, GitHub Actions.

• Solid knowledge of automation through Shell Scripting.

• Experience in observability and monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana and ELK Stack (Elastic, Logstash and Kibana), including the creation of dashboards, metrics, and control panels.

• Knowledge of Cloud Fundamentals in enterprise cloud environments.

• Ability to work in collaborative Platform Engineering environments, providing development teams with tools and services that improve their productivity.

• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to have

We would love it if you also had a good command of English (minimum B2).

Additionally, we will highly value if you have experience and/or knowledge in:

• Platform Engineering tools and developer portals such as Backstage.

What you'll do

• Be part of the Engineering Platform - Evolving Assets team, contributing to the evolution of the internal engineering platform.

• Develop and improve continuous integration and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps and future initiatives with GitHub Actions.

• Work with platforms based on Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift, managing and deploying applications on containerized environments.

• Design and build dashboards, metrics, and observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana and ELK Stack.

• Automate tasks and processes through Shell Scripting.

• Collaborate with development teams to drive best practices in Platform Engineering, deployment, monitoring, and application operation.
