• + 3 years of experience in backend development with Java 17/21+.

• Demonstrable experience in Spec Driven Development (SDD) and professional use of Artificial Intelligence during the software development lifecycle.

• Solid knowledge of Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem.

• Experience in the design and development of REST APIs and an API First (OpenAPI/Swagger) approach.

• Experience working with microservices architectures and hexagonal architecture.

• Knowledge of SOLID principles, Clean Code, design patterns, and development best practices.

• Experience in relational and NoSQL databases, especially MariaDB and/or MongoDB.

• Experience in continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) environments.

• Experience in the development and execution of unit and integration tests.

Design, develop, and evolve backend solutions based on Java technologies and microservices architectures, actively participating in the functional and technical definition of new products and capabilities. We are looking for a person with a builder mindset, capable of navigating changing environments, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, and leveraging artificial intelligence to accelerate development and improve the quality of the delivered solutions.

• Develop backend functionalities following the standards and best practices defined by the team.

• Actively participate in code reviews (Pull Requests), providing constructive feedback and learning from the reviews received.

• Contribute to the design and evolution of REST APIs under API First (OpenAPI) standards.

• Participate in the implementation of microservices-based solutions.

• Apply Clean Code, SOLID principles, and design patterns in daily development.

• Collaborate in the preparation and maintenance of technical documentation.

• Use AI tools to improve development productivity and quality.
