At least 5 years of experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer or similar profiles within Engineering Platform teams.
• Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift in platform development and operation environments.
• Experience in the design, construction, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps and, ideally, GitHub Actions.
• Solid knowledge of automation through Shell Scripting.
• Experience in observability and monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana and ELK Stack (Elastic, Logstash and Kibana), including the creation of dashboards, metrics, and control panels.
• Knowledge of Cloud Fundamentals in enterprise cloud environments.
• Ability to work in collaborative Platform Engineering environments, providing development teams with tools and services that improve their productivity.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Additionally, we will highly value if you have experience and/or knowledge in:
• Platform Engineering tools and developer portals such as Backstage.
• GitHub Actions.
• Advanced-level design of observability and monitoring solutions.
• Process automation and improvement of the development teams' experience.
• Agile, DevOps, and Platform Engineering methodologies.
• Certifications related to Kubernetes, OpenShift, Azure DevOps, or Cloud.
