That you have 5 to 8 years of experience as a QA Lead/Test Lead, mainly in the banking/insurance sector in integration projects (Note, if you don't reach 5 years and it's slightly less, we will still listen to you 👂) What we want is to see your desire to contribute, learn, grow, and to become part of stable, dynamic projects that are a challenge for you:

• Demonstrable experience as a Test Manager in complex projects.

• Experience managing testing for integrated solutions between multiple systems.

• Ability to define and implement testing strategies and plans.

• Experience in stakeholder management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.

• C1 level English. The work is carried out in an international environment and the usual language of communication will be English.

It is a PLUS if you have:

• ISTQB or similar certifications.

• Experience in international corporate environments.

• Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.

• Experience in regulated sectors (insurance, banking, fintech, etc.)
