• Coordinate a team of two developers in collaboration with the Scrum Master, planning activities, defining priorities, and facilitating the resolution of blockers.

• Manage the relationship with business stakeholders and international technical teams, aligning the functional and technological objectives of the product.

• Lead and actively participate in the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of identity and access solutions.

• Manage migration initiatives for users, applications, and identity providers, ensuring a secure transition and minimizing business impact.

We are currently looking for a System Lead Developer with good knowledge of PHP and ReactJs, who has worked with OpenShift, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Oauth2.1, and OpenID Connect, as they would lead user authentication, authorization, and identity management. Extensive experience as a Lead is not necessary, but being a senior (minimum 6 years of experience) who has held this role or wants to hold it is required.

This would be a hybrid profile, having to go to the client's offices in Sant Cugat one day a week, and requiring a high level of English (C1).
