Project Engineer

We have an excellent opportunity for a Project Engineer to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The position is within the West/Europe/Global business unit. You will work in a high-performance team, alongside colleagues who are always striving to reach the next level. You will report to the Engineering Manager. Prepare for high interaction with the most senior internal stakeholders involved. Delivering results will be your main priority. You will constantly seek improvement activities within the business unit.

· Support the execution of investment and improvement projects, from the initial scope definition to commissioning and handover.

· Manage the document control for the Engineering department, ensuring the updating, organization, and availability of drawings, specifications, procedures, technical manuals, and project documentation, in coordination with the involved areas.

· Coordinate with the operations, maintenance, quality, and safety departments, as well as with external suppliers, to guarantee project progress.

· Monitor deadlines, budgets, risks, and action plans, and escalate issues when necessary.

· Assist in preparing project documentation, including scope, technical specifications, schedules, and status updates.

· Supervise the activities of contractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with plant standards and project requirements.

· Participate in the installation, testing, commissioning, and validation of equipment or process changes.

· Ensure that all project activities comply with safety, quality, environmental, and applicable regulations.

· Support problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives related to plant performance, efficiency, and reliability.

· Maintain accurate records of project milestones, costs, changes, and lessons learned.
