Requirements

What we're looking for

Java: Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years with Java 17 or Java 21.
Spring / Spring Boot: Solid experience in backend application development.
Reactive programming and concurrency: Project Reactor, RxJava or CompletableFuture, and structured concurrency.
gRPC and Protobuf: Experience with streaming RPCs, deadlines, interceptors, and schema evolution.
Testing: JUnit 5, Mockito, and assertion tools.
Streaming and storage: Experience with Kafka, Redis, and databases such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
AWS Cloud or equivalent: Knowledge of S3, IAM, managed Kafka, and container runtime environments.
Modern Java: Knowledge of records, sealed types, pattern matching, and virtual threads where applicable.

Nice to have

Experience leading complex migrations or refactorings in multi-module codebases.
Experience in containerization and creating multi-architecture images (linux/amd64, linux/arm64).
Knowledge of Python.
