AWS Cloud Engineer

The Role

We are looking for an AWS Cloud Engineer (N2) for the operation and advanced support of AWS platforms in enterprise environments.
The role is focused on profiles with experience in Cloud operation, capable of resolving complex incidents, executing changes, and contributing to the continuous improvement of BAU, following standards defined by the senior team.

You will be part of the CloudOps team, participating in the stabilization of services, progressive automation, and documentation of operations.

• Resolution of N2 incidents and requests in AWS environments.
• Execution of planned changes and support during maintenance windows.
• Support in the analysis of recurring issues (RCA) alongside senior profiles.
• Administration of AWS services: EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, Load Balancers,...
• Operational management of identities and access (IAM).
• Configuration and maintenance of monitoring and alerts (CloudWatch).
• Operation of backup and restore.
• Development and maintenance of basic automations (Terraform and scripts).
• Documentation of operational tasks and procedures.
• Escalation to senior profiles when necessary.

Who You Are

• Practical experience in AWS: Compute (EC2), networking (VPC), storage (S3), IAM.
• Experience in CloudOps / N2 Operations / Advanced Support.
• Knowledge of Terraform (usage and maintenance).
• Basic automation with Python, Bash, or similar scripting.
• Use of Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes.

The Role

Buscamos un/a AWS Cloud Engineer (N2) para la operación y soporte avanzado de plataformas AWS en entornos empresariales.
El rol está enfocado a perfiles con experiencia en operación Cloud, capaces de resolver incidencias complejas, ejecutar cambios y contribuir a la mejora continua del BAU, siguiendo estándares definidos por el equipo senior.

Formará parte del equipo CloudOps, participando en la estabilización de servicios, automatización progresiva y documentación de la operativa.

• Resolución de incidencias y peticiones N2 en entornos AWS.
• Ejecución de cambios planificados y soporte en ventanas de mantenimiento.
• Soporte en análisis de problemas recurrentes (RCA) junto a perfiles senior.
• Administración de servicios AWS: EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, Load Balancers,...
• Gestión operativa de identidades y accesos (IAM).
• Configuración y mantenimiento de monitorización y alertas (CloudWatch).
• Operación de backup y restore.
• Desarrollo y mantenimiento de automatizaciones básicas (Terraform y scripts).
• Documentación de tareas operativas y procedimientos.
• Escalado a perfiles senior cuando sea necesario.

Who You Are

• Experiencia práctica en AWS: Compute (EC2), networking (VPC), almacenamiento (S3), IAM.
• Experiencia en CloudOps / Operación N2 / Soporte avanzado.
• Conocimientos de Terraform (uso y mantenimiento).
• Automatización básica con Python, Bash o scripting similar.
• Uso de Git y nociones de pipelines CI/CD.
• Familiaridad con procesos ITSM.
