Do you want to spend your time automating operations and reducing reactive support? We are looking for an AIOps Operations Engineer to evolve our Cloud model toward AIOps/NoOps, improving observability, automation, and service reliability in Cloud and Hybrid environments.

Your main mission will be to take operations to the next level through early detection, automated triage, remediation runbooks, and actionable observability that reduces response times and increases stability.

• Design and implement AIOps automations for recurring operational tasks (triage, ticket enrichment, self-healing with "human-in-the-loop" when applicable)
• Integrate operational signals (alerts, metrics, logs, and traces) with the operational chain: (Observability, ITSM, on-call, runbook)
• Build and maintain dashboards and alerts that deliver real value (signal quality, noise reduction, thresholds, tagging)
• Standardize runbooks and the use of code in operations, with playbooks, policies, and reusable automations.
• Collaborate with platform and application teams to improve resilience, performance, and security (RCA, alert tuning, operational hardening)
• Document architecture, standards, and runbooks, keeping scalability and development team autonomy in mind.
• Act as expert support for complex incidents (when necessary), helping L1/L2 resolve more cases autonomously.

• Participate in the transformation from CloudOps to AIOps/NoOps, with direct impact on efficiency and quality.
• Technical environment focused on standardization, automation, and actionable observability.
• Permanent contract in a stable position, with career growth and technical visibility.
• Hybrid format in Madrid or Barcelona, with on-site presence only for specific moments (key meetings, workshops, technical sessions).

We are looking for solid experience in operations + automation

• University degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with at least 1 Cloud: AWS or Azure or GCP (operations, troubleshooting, core services). Certifications highly valued such as AWS Architect Associate/Professional, AZ-104/305, Terraform Associate, and/or Observability (Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, or Zabbix)
• Automation and scripting: Python or Bash/Powershell (ability to maintain scripts and services)
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC), with at least one of the following: Terraform/CloudFormation/Bicep
• Observability (at least one family): Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana + Prometheus
• Operational knowledge of ITSM (ServiceNow valued). Incident/problem/change lifecycle, prioritization, and communication.
• Valued knowledge of OpenTelemetry, experience with runbook automation (SSM Automation), LLM, RAG.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
• Conversational English, for dealing with vendors and documentation

¿Quieres dedicar tu tiempo a automatizar la operación y reducir el soporte reactivo? Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a de Operaciones AIOps para evolucionar nuestro modelo CloudOps hacia AIOps/NoOps, mejorando observabilidad, automatización y fiabilidad del servicio en entornos Cloud e Híbridos.

Tu misión principal será llevar la operación al siguiente nivel mediante detección temprana, triage automático, runbooks de remediación, y una observabilidad accionable que reduzca tiempos de respuesta y aumente la estabilidad.

• Diseñar e implementar automatizaciones AIOps para tareas recurrentes de operación (triage, enriquecimiento de tickets, auto-remediación con "human-in-the-loop" cuando aplique)
• Integrar señales operativas (alertas, métricas, logs y trazas) con cadena operativa: (Observabilidad, ITSM, on-call, runbook)
• Construir y mantener dashboards y alertas que aporten valor real (calidad de señal, reducción de ruido, umbrales, tagging)
• Estandarizar runbooks y el empleo de código en la operación, con playbooks, plantillas, políticas y automatizaciones reutilizables.
• Colaborar con equipos de plataforma y aplicaciones para mejorar resiliencia, rendimiento y seguridad (RCA, tuning de alertas, hardening operativo)
• Documentar arquitectura, estándares y runbooks, pensando en la escalabilidad del modelo y la autonomía de los equipos de desarrollo.
• Actuar como soporte experto para incidencias complejas (cuando sea necesario), ayudando a que L1/L2 resuelvan más casos de manera autónoma.

• Participar en la transformación CloudOps hacia AIOps/NoOps, con impacto directo en eficiencia y calidad.
• Entorno técnico orientado a estandarización, automatización y observabilidad accionable.
• Contrato indefinido en una posición estable, con recorrido y visibilidad técnica.
• Formato híbrido en Madrid o Barcelona, con presencialidad solo en momentos puntuales (reuniones clave, workshops, sesiones técnicas).
• Oportunidades de formación y certificación (Cloud, Terraform, Observabilidad, ITSM) y crecimiento hacia roles de arquitectura o liderazgo técnico.

Buscamos experiencia sólida en operación + automatización

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC), una de las siguientes: Terraform/CloudFormation/Bicep
• Observabilidad (al menos una familia): Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana + Prometheus
• Conocimiento operativo ITSM (valorable ServiceNow). Lifecycle del incidente/problema/change, priorización y comunicación.
• Valorable contar con conocimientos en OpenTelemetry, experiencia con automatización de runbooks (SSM Automation), LLM, RAG.
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación, documentación y trabajo en equipo.
• Nivel conversacional de inglés, para tratar con vendors y documentación
