Description

La Mafia Se Sienta a la Mesa is an Italian-Mediterranean restaurant group with more than 80 establishments in Spain and a track record dating back to 2000. Our proposal combines Italian tradition with culinary innovation, offering customers a carefully crafted dining experience in an elegant atmosphere. We are currently consolidating our presence in Zaragoza and looking to strengthen the team at the downtown restaurant with young, motivated talent.

We are looking for a Waiter Assistant to cover part-time weekend shifts. The contract is permanent and the position is on-site. If you enjoy direct customer interaction, working in a dynamic environment, and being part of a recognized brand, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in service, tray handling, and operational support under the supervision of our team. We value a proactive attitude, energy, and a willingness to learn.

Transport and serve dishes and beverages using the tray.
Welcoming, accompanying, and attending to customers with a warm and professional manner.
Take and deliver orders following the brand's standards.
Setting up and clearing tables, preparing the dining room before and after service.
Supporting the team during service to ensure smooth operations during peak times.
Collaborating with waitstaff, supervisors, and the kitchen to maintain order, cleanliness, and coordination.

Requirements

Valid work permit for Spain.
Availability to work Fridays on the dinner shift, Saturdays on a split shift (lunch and dinner), and Sundays on the dinner shift.
Basic tray handling skills.
Position aimed at students or individuals with another job during the week.
Previous experience as a dining room assistant, runner, or waiter/waitress (valued).
Good presentation and a passion for the hospitality industry.
Training in hospitality or customer service (valued).
No minimum qualification required.
