We are launching our first Graduate Program aimed at supporting recent graduates at the start of their professional career on national and international projects. We have created a professional development and growth plan for recent graduates, through intensive #training and a program based on skill development, so they can take on management responsibilities in project management in the medium term. The program will last one year, during which you will be assigned to a project that matches your education and interests, consolidating your technical knowledge and allowing you to develop the practical side.

After the first year, you will continue your career at Lantania, taking on new challenges and greater responsibilities.
