What you will do...

Your main mission will be to ensure expert legal advice and guarantee our regulatory compliance in all matters linked to new technologies. In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for:

  • Digital Contracting: Leading the negotiation and signing of technological services (ICT outsourcing, consulting, Cloud computing, and SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS models).

  • E-commerce and Consumer Affairs: Auditing and protecting our digital sales channels (own ecommerce and marketplaces), guaranteeing regulatory compliance in electronic commerce (LSSI), Retail Media, and consumer protection.

  • AI and Regulatory Framework: Acting as a guardian of European regulations (DSA, DMA, Data Act). You will ensure the correct implementation of the AI Act, guaranteeing impeccable algorithmic compliance and anticipating legal changes.

  • Privacy and Cybersecurity: Leading GDPR compliance, Big Data management, impact assessments (DPIA), and contact with the AEPD. You will analyze technological risks, ensuring digital operational resilience (NIS2 and DORA Directives).
