Requirements

What we're looking for

1 year of experience performing similar roles, desirable in industrial companies or Big Four, or similar.

Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related areas.

or Master's degrees or specialized courses in Compliance.

Deep knowledge of national and international regulations

High English level, as it is a multinational.

Desirable, living in areas surrounding Alcobendas or having your own car.

What you'll get

Salary: 15.98 € gross/hour

Contract via ETT with a duration of 6 months + extendable and the possibility of moving to permanent staff depending on performance.

The role

An important industrial multinational is requesting a Legal & Compliance officer, who will perform the following functions:

Mission: Their objective is to provide support, assist, supervise, and coordinate various legal aspects as well as implement compliance policies that allow for the prevention of legal, financial, and reputational risks and that foster a culture of compliance and transparency.

What you'll do

· Legal / Business Support. Focused on the commercial law area and oriented towards both clients and suppliers.

· Knowledge and supervision of regulatory aspects linked to sustainability, the environment, and Quality Management Systems. CSDDD/CBAM/PPWR.

· Support, supervision, and coordination of GDPR and insurance management.

· Coordination with External legal advisors

· Compliance. Implementation of the group's compliance policies including: Crisis manual/ whistleblowing channel/ legal risk matrix. Standardization of legal review processes (contracts, claims, and training) based on corporate documents to improve efficiency and traceability.

How you'll work

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 14:30 and two afternoons until 18:00
