  • Completed university degree or higher vocational training, preferably in Marketing, Brand Management, or Brand Strategy
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions within the FMCG sector

What you'll do

  • You will identify opportunities to strengthen the Lidl brand in terms of awareness, relevance, meaning, and differentiation
  • You will manage the Lidl brand, ensuring the successful implementation of its brand model and promise across all touchpoints (internal and external) and among all its audiences and stakeholders
  • You will collaborate with the Global Brand team, knowing how to protect and adapt global strategies to the needs and realities of the country
  • You will ensure graphic consistency and brand tone across all touchpoints by guiding the teams responsible for communication
  • You will monitor and analyze the brand's main KPIs using external and internal tools
