Requirements

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of experience in managing teams of a minimum of 5 people in educational environments.
At least 2 years of experience in citizen service, including service quality supervision and management of complaints and suggestions.
At least 2 years of experience in coordination with public and/or private entities.
Bilingual profile: Basque and Spanish. A minimum accredited B2 level of Basque (or equivalent) is required.

Nice to have

Valuable:

Experience in training projects or citizen service programs.
Leadership, organization, and communication skills.

The role
