The selected person will carry out home speech therapy sessions with patients in the area of El Escorial, San Lorenzo de El Escorial, and surroundings.

Their main tasks will be the assessment of the patient's needs, the planning and execution of sessions, the establishment of therapeutic goals, the monitoring of progress, and the preparation of reports when necessary.

The intervention will be especially oriented towards the adult population and patients with neurological alterations, working on difficulties related to language, speech, communication and, when necessary, swallowing.

Coordination with families and with other professionals involved in the treatment will also be carried out when the case requires it.
