You will join our Casino in Vigo, in permanent contact with customers and surrounded by a great atmosphere, all while acting as an AMBASSADOR of the Luckia Experience.

You will develop your functions as a Receptionist / Slot Attendant attending to customers at the machines, reception, and even performing cashier duties. And if you do not know a certain task, do not worry, we will help you.

• Your main mission will be to develop the operations of the gaming floor, offering the best service to customers and achieving maximum performance in terms of team results and resources used.
• You will be responsible for:

1. Mastering the operational processes of the gaming floor, as well as the functioning of all terminals, to offer customers a perception of total confidence in the processes, guaranteeing the best service to them and complying with the applicable legal regulations, especially regarding the Anti-Money Laundering Law, with the objective of completely eliminating incidents, claims, or sanctions.

• You will inform and report on activity and plans, in periodic meetings and reports, to the Slot Manager and the Machine Supervisor.

Daily Tasks.

1. Address customer doubts related to the operation and play of the gaming machines.
2. Check minor faults in the gaming machines.
3. Perform money transactions if customers so require, with the help of their POS terminal.
4. Record the occupancy of gaming machines in the spreadsheet provided for this purpose.
5. Identify regular customers and register them in the provided spreadsheet.
6. Perform tasks inherent to good customer service.
7. Follow the control procedures implemented by the company at all times.
