You will join our Casino in San Sebastián, in permanent contact with customers and surrounded by a great atmosphere, and all this, acting as an AMBASSADOR of the Luckia Experience.

You will develop your duties as a WAITER (M/F) serving customers at the machines, reception, and even performing cash register duties. And if you don't know a certain task, don't worry, we will help you.

• Your main mission will be to attend to cafeteria customers, trying to exceed their expectations with a clear vocation for service and complying with the rules and procedures established for the position.
• You will be responsible for providing extraordinary attention to customers while maintaining an attitude of collaboration and commitment to the company, contributing to the achievement of commercial objectives and strictly complying with all hygiene and safety rules at work.
• You will inform and report on activity and plans, in periodic meetings and reports, to the Business Manager.

Daily Tasks.

• You are responsible for the section assigned by the establishment's Business Manager.
• HACCP control, performing all daily functions described in the established procedure.
• Responsible for the sales and balancing of the assigned section.
• Responsible for the degree of fulfillment of daily sales and daily average ticket of the assigned section.
• Control of the reception of raw materials received according to the work shift.
• Maintenance and replenishment of goods in cold rooms and bottle racks according to service protocol.
• Compliance with the protocols and instructions of both the Business Manager and the company's delegated personnel.

Weekly Tasks.

• Meetings with the Business Manager.
• Collaboration in performing the weekly inventory of the cafeteria.
• Review of weekly sales and the average ticket assigned to your section.

Monthly Tasks.

• Collaboration in performing the monthly inventory.
• Monthly meeting with the venue manager.
• Review of HACCP procedures and monitoring of processes.

Carrying out the Performance Evaluation.
