The role

At Luckia, we are building the technology that will drive our business in the coming years, and we are looking for a Product Analytics Engineer to be, based in A Coruña, the technical owner of our digital product measurement. 🧡

Your mission will be to ensure that the metrics system used by the Product area to measure its results and prioritize its work is reliable: that every metric is well-defined, calculated correctly, and has no gaps or inconsistencies. And that teams can consult it with the level of detail that each decision requires.

You will join the Customer Experience team, within the Product Insights discipline, working side by side with the Data team, with the Tech Leads who implement the measurement, and with the Product Managers of the various domains.

This is a key position: if the data is not reliable, there is no evidence-based product culture. We are looking for someone who takes responsibility for this with autonomy and their own judgment.

What you'll do

🔹 To be the technical lead for the product metrics system, guaranteeing a single source of truth and unique, documented definitions, agreed upon with Product and Data.

🔹 To design web and app instrumentation plans, specify them to Tech Leads and development teams, and verify the instrumentation of each launch.

🔹 To detect and close measurement gaps, and continuously monitor data health in terms of freshness, completeness, and accuracy, supported by automatic controls and alerts.

🔹 To model product data (metrics tree, funnels, cohorts, and value segmentations) and, together with Data, bring them to the consumption platform, facilitating self-service for Product Managers.

🔹 To instrument the experimentation process from end to end alongside Data, safeguard its statistical standards, and accompany teams in the design and interpretation of their experiments.

🔹 To reconcile data sources so that they offer consistent results across all tools.

🔹 To raise the analytical competence of the area through training, living documentation, and technical judgment in the definition of new metrics.

🔹 To use generative AI and agents to accelerate analysis, documentation, and measurement validation.

Want to build your own product from Galicia? 🧡

If you like decisions to be made with real data and want to be the person responsible for ensuring that data is reliable, we would love to meet you.

Important: remember to attach your CV so that we can get to know your profile better.
