• University degree in Nursing. In the case of a foreign degree, it must be officially recognized (not valid if recognition procedures are still in progress).
• Current registration with the nursing association.
• Previous experience in a similar position.

We are currently looking for a Nurse for our Day Centers for the Elderly located in Albolote and Atarfe (Granada).

• Monitor and care for residents, their general human and health needs, especially at the moments when they require your services.
• Prepare and administer medications according to medical prescriptions, specifically treatments.
• Take blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
• Collaborating with doctors by preparing the materials and medications that need to be used.
• Organizing medical records and noting the data related to your own function that must be recorded.
• Attend to residents bedridden due to illness, performing prescribed postural changes, monitoring the meal service for the sick, and directly supplying those patients whose feeding requires instrumentation (nasogastric tube, gastric tube, etc.)
• Monitor the personal hygiene of the residents as well as the medications and food they have in their rooms.
• Attend to the health needs of the staff working at the center that fall within your competence.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists in activities, the qualification level of which are compatible with your ATS/DUE degree, when your specific functions allow it.
• Place orders for pharmacy, laboratory tests, and radiology in those centers where no specialist exists.
• Monitor and ensure the execution of physical-type activities received from the doctor, observing any incidents that may arise during their performance.
• In general, all those activities not specified above that are requested of you and are related to the aforementioned.
