Welcome and guide visiting audiences, ensuring an enriching and smooth experience.
Facilitate clear and accessible information about the exhibition, adapting it to different audiences and resolving doubts to guarantee the enjoyment of the experience.
Attend to and resolve public inquiries, providing clear information regarding schedules, rates, and access conditions.
Control capacity and collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth experience for users.
Contribute to the technical maintenance of the facilities and ensure that the space operates properly.

How you'll work

Working day and days

Shift 1 (26 h/week): Mondays and Tuesdays from 10:00 to 14:00 and 17:30 to 20:30, and from Wednesday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00.

Shift 2 (24 h/week): Wednesday to Friday from 17:30 to 20:30, Saturdays and Sundays from 10:45 to 14:00 and from 16:45 to 21:00.

Shift 3 (18.5 h/week): Thursdays and Fridays from 16:45 to 21:00 and Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30 to 13:30 and from 17:30 to 20:30.
