Trade Marketing Manager Ice Cream Parlors

The role:

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager Ice Cream Parlors to join our 'Out of Home' channel team at our headquarters in Barcelona. This is a great opportunity to lead the growth of the category in the out-of-home market, focusing on the ICE CREAM PARLORS CARTE D'OR AND BEN&JERRY'S channel.

You will be responsible for:

• Defining the annual plan for the out-of-home bulk category, with priority focus on the Ice Cream Parlors channel.

• Designing and developing action plans that include:

  • Medium and long-term growth plan

  • Execution:

    • Definition of visibility elements at the point of sale.

    • Definition of assortment / planogram (appropriate products and formats)

    • Definition and control of the promotional policy

• Managing and controlling investment budgets in the channel

• Working with the media department to optimize and improve capex, leading the specific needs of the Ice Cream Parlors channel for the campaign.

• Managing visibility materials (posters, signage and

consumables) from design to purchase planning.

• Ensuring excellence in point-of-sale execution across the channel's different business models to achieve established goals.

• Defining the execution strategy for the distributor and sales force

• Designing and developing the plan for acquiring new ice cream customers, from defining the objective to preparing all the tools and monitoring its achievement.

• Collaborating with Business Developers and Territory Managers teams to develop business plans and achieve annual targets.

• Analyzing business KPIs performance with the marketing team and developing corrective plans if necessary.

• Collaborating with the different category functions (marketing, planning) to ensure an integrated and aligned plan, building together with MKT  the digital/social media plan to attract consumers.

• Managing BMI and CPP budgets for CSP OOH scooping, ensuring good optimization and control of investment.

• Managing two direct reports, including action plans, motivation, follow-ups and objectives.

We are looking for someone with:

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or similar 

• 5+ years of professional experience in a similar Trade Marketing role in the Out of Home channel. Experience in franchises or similar models is highly valued.

• A person with a strong leadership component, proactivity and initiative.

• Experience in managing projects with sales teams is essential.

• Demonstrated experience and passion for growth and teamwork.

• Advanced level of Spanish and English.

• Advanced computer skills in PowerPoint (presentations) and Excel (analysis).

Estamos buscando a un/a Trade Marketing Manager Heladerías para formar parte de nuestro equipo del canal de ‘Fuera del Hogar’ en nuestras oficinas centrales de Barcelona .Es una gran oportunidad de liderar el crecimiento de la categoría en el mercado del fuera del hogar con foco canal HELADERÍAS CARTE D´OR Y BEN&JERRY´S

Serás responsable de:

• Definición del plan anual de la categoría de granel de fuera del hogar, con foco prioritario en el canal Heladerías.

• Diseñar y elaborar planes de acción incluyan:

  • Plan de crecimiento a medio y largo plazo

  • Ejecución:

    • Definición de los elementos de visibilidad en punto de venta.

    • Definición de surtido / planograma (productos y formatos adecuados)

    • Definición y control de la Política promocional

• Gestión y control de los presupuestos de inversión en el canal

• Trabajar junto con el departamento de medios, para optimizar y mejorar la capex, liderar las necesidades específicas del canal Heladerías para la campaña.

• Gestión de los materiales de visibilidad (Cartelería, señalización y

consumibles) desde el diseño, a la planificación de compra.

• Asegurar la excelencia en la ejecución en punto de venta de los diferentes modelos negocio del canal para llegar a los objetivos establecidos.

• Definición de la estrategia de la ejecución del distribuidor y fuerza de ventas

• Diseñar y elaborar el plan de captación de nuevos clientes de helado, desde la definición del objetivo a la preparación de todas las herramientas y al seguimiento de la consecución de este.

• Colaboración con los equipos de Business Developers y Territory Managers para elaborar los planes de negocio y alcanzar los objetivos anuales.

• Analizar junto al equipo de marketing el desempeño de los KPIs de negocio y elaborar planes de corrección en caso de que sean necesarios.

• Colaborar con las distintas funciones de la categoría (marketing, planificación) para garantizar un plan integrado y alineado, construir junto con MKT  plan digital/RRSS para atraer consumidores.

• Gestión de los presupuestos de BMI y CPPs de CSP OOH scooping , asegurando una buena optimización y control de la inversión.

• Gestionar de dos personas al cargo, planes de acción, motivación, seguimientos y objetivos.

Buscamos a alguien con:

• Grado en ADE, Economía, Marketing, o similar 

• 5+ años de experiencia profesional en un puesto similar de Trade Marketing en el canal Fuera del Hogar. Muy valorable la experiencia en franquicias o modelo similar.

• Persona con alto componente de liderazgo y proactividad e iniciativa.

• Es indispensable tener experiencia en gestionar proyectos con equipos de ventas.

• Experiencia demostrada en pasión por el crecimiento y trabajo en equipo.

• Nivel avanzado de castellano e inglés.

• Conocimientos informáticos elevados en PowerPoint (presentaciones) y Excel (análisis).
