Regional Director Northern Spain

Minimum 3/4 years of experience in the retail sector, in store management and in supporting store teams in Spain.

High level of Spanish is essential; other languages such as French, Portuguese, and English will be valued as a plus.

As Regional Director, you will be the spearhead of the economic activity of your region, aiming to achieve ambitious economic performance objectives. You will lead the development of turnover for the stores within your perimeter, in alignment with the objectives set by the Operations Department.

MAIN MISSIONS: ensure the development of the turnover of your region in order to achieve the commercial objectives set by General Management. Train, motivate, and evaluate all your directors/managers and guarantee their increase in competencies and their evolution. Ensure respect for a customer service that meets the expectations of Maisons du Monde. Oversee the application of the visual merchandising rules set by General Management. Ensure the application of the set of operational procedures defined by General Management in your region.
