We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our MANGO store located in La Gran Jonquera.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily store operations, including accounting, budgeting, hiring, discipline, and employee scheduling.

• Implement marketing strategies, financial management, and supervision of sales staff.

• Ensure the application of all organizational policies at the store level to achieve projected sales and profit objectives.

• Provide instructions for the co-management of the store and the management of departments.

• Advise and direct department managers to resolve operational issues and improve department performance and conditions.

We offer a permanent contract of 40 hours per week, with rotating schedules and two days off.
