What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Manager/Floor Manager (inside or outside of MANGO). We will value an orientation toward talent detection and development and having experience in a multi-line store.
- Residency: Marbella or availability to relocate.
- Have a MED MEETS or EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS rating in the evaluation for the following competencies: Development, Communication, teamwork and collaboration, Customer Centric, and Ownership & Accountability
- Leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Results-oriented mindset.

The role
We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our MANGO store located in the CC de la Cañada in Marbella.
What you'll do
- Manage the daily operation of the store, including accounting, budgeting, hiring, discipline, and employee scheduling.
- Supervise inventory, sales promotion, and the maintenance of the store's appearance.
- Implement commercialization and financial administration under the direction of the region and/or district store administration.
- Provide instructions for the co-management of the store and department management, ensuring the execution of all organizational policies.
- Advise on and direct the management of the department to resolve operational problems and improve the department's performance and conditions.
