Maximize sales and product performance on Mango.com, optimizing exposure and prioritization according to performance, stock, trends, and commercial needs.
Analyze online vs. offline sales behavior to identify specific online channel opportunities and transform them into actions that drive sales and conversion.
Define and manage Woman merchandising in the shop, selecting and prioritizing product for New Now, highlights, collections, and other strategic spaces.
Generate and create relevant and up-to-date content that adds value to the shopping experience, facilitates product discovery, and enhances its commercial appeal.
Collaborate in the planning of commercial actions together with the different internal teams, ensuring coordination and correct execution of the commercial calendar.
Optimize product presentation and ordering on the web, combining commercial, performance, and image criteria.
Manage product selection for commercial communications, ensuring stock availability and analyzing performance through traffic and conversion KPIs.
Drive the continuous improvement of the digital experience through A/B tests, user tests, and analysis of new opportunities.
Perform benchmarking of competitors and industry trends, transferring learnings and opportunities to Mango.com.
