Requirements

That you have previous experience in production monitoring or from having worked for a brand, a supplier, or an intermediary.
A high level of English and expertise in Excel are essential.

The role

We are looking for a Production Monitoring Technician for our Quality team.

What you'll do

You will manage and control the inspection schedules of the Quality Inspectors.
You will manage and control the Critical Path (Critical Dates) of this selection of Nearshore/Offshore productions.
You will work with the Quality Analyst team, which is within the same structure of the department you will belong to, to understand how the reports sent by Quality Assurance evolve/their results.
You will study and analyze the potential risks of delays in these productions as well as the performance of the suppliers that will be under that monitoring.
You will report to the Coordinator Manager and to the Quality Director.
You will communicate mainly with Woman and occasionally with the Man Purchasing teams for the prioritization of inspections based on the company's needs and to report production status.
You will communicate, directly and daily, with the inspectors at Origin.
You will communicate with the factories we plan to work with, as well as with suppliers and intermediaries, to know the daily status of productions.
You will collaborate with the Quality Analyst team to provide visibility into the evolution of the productions you will manage.
You will coordinate and plan technical factory audits.
You will manage the Booking of the inspections to be carried out each day.
