What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Law
More than 10 years of experience in commercial law, ideally acquired in a company and/or law firm.
Solid experience in complex commercial contracting and legal advice in international environments.
Excellent command of spoken and written English, with the ability to negotiate and draft legal documentation in this language. Other languages will be valued.
Fluent use of standard Office tools.
High analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Autonomous, proactive, and decisive profile with a clear orientation toward business and results.

The role

What you'll do

Provide comprehensive and strategic legal advice across a wide variety of matters, especially in commercial law, contracting, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and risk management.
Act as a legal point of reference for complex inquiries, offering solid, practical, and business-oriented solutions.
Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex commercial contracts, both national and international, ensuring the adequate protection of the company's interests.
Identify, evaluate, and mitigate the legal risks associated with the company's activity, developing preventive and corrective strategies.
Ensure regulatory compliance across the various areas in which the company operates, monitoring regulatory changes and defining internal operating criteria.
Collaborate closely with the various areas of the company to ensure that strategic and operational decisions incorporate an adequate legal perspective.
Coordinate and supervise the work of external law firms, both nationally and internationally, guaranteeing technical quality, strategic alignment, and efficiency.
Actively participate in strategic and expansion projects, providing legal vision in complex and international environments.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the legal area through the definition of processes, templates, and best practices.
