The role

In our day-to-day, we drive the conceptualization, design, and implementation of key strategic initiatives for the company.

This position offers the opportunity to work on strategic projects presented to senior management that influence top-level decisions within the organization.

Your mission will be to contribute to the analysis and structuring of priority strategic projects, providing vision, analytical rigor, and synthesis skills to support the definition and evolution of major lines of action.

You will participate in the development of the company's strategic plan for the next 3 years.
You will carry out cross-functional strategic reflections for the company.
You will be part of the monitoring and development of key strategic projects for the company.
You will carry out the internal diagnosis of the company and perform external benchmarks.

ABOUT YOU

Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
From 5 years of experience in consulting or in a corporate setting executing strategy projects.
Communication and presentation skills. You should be an autonomous, organized person with a desire to learn and face new challenges.
Experience with analytical and project management tools (mainly Excel).
Experience creating presentations with office tools (mainly PowerPoint).
High level of English.
Experience in the fashion industry or retail sector will be positively valued (not required).
