The role
We are looking for a sales assistant for our MANGO OUTLET store located in La Roca Village.
What you'll do
Manage the daily operation of a store, including accounting/budgeting, hiring, discipline and employee scheduling, inventory replenishment, sales promotion and maintaining the store's appearance.
Implement merchandising, financial management, supervision of sales staff and general management at store level under the direction of regional and/or district management.
Provide direction to the assistant store manager and the department manager.
