YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Your objective will be to manage operations with the various carriers involved in the traffic of full loads to / from all over Europe, as well as to monitor and resolve any incidents that may arise, ensuring that the goods reach their destination without incidents or delays.
In your day-to-day, your main functions will be:
- Searching for carriers and requesting quotes.
- Coordination and monitoring of services between warehouses, involved departments, and carriers.
- Collecting the necessary information to carry out shipments.
- Analysis of reports and KPIs.
- Service and follow-up for the departments and internal clients requesting the services/loads and reporting on their status.
