Transformation Analyst

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or similar and/or a University Master's degree.
• 4 years of previous experience in consulting, controlling, or similar.
• High level of Spanish and English.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in project management, business transformation, and process improvement.
• Proactivity, organization, and a desire to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact and work with different teams.
• Autonomy and ownership for project follow-up.

You will be part of the team responsible for driving and monitoring some of the company's most relevant strategic initiatives, with exposure to cross-functional projects and different business areas. You will have the opportunity to help areas structure, manage, and implement transformation projects with a real impact on the organization.

• Actively collaborate with different business areas in the analysis, definition, and implementation of initiatives.
• Perform the follow-up and monitoring of cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate the success level of completed projects as well as provide support to key company stakeholders across all areas (Supply, Store, Product, Technology...etc).
• Analyze data, KPIs, and business information using Excel to draw conclusions and support decision-making.
• Prepare presentations and executive materials in PowerPoint for committees, follow-up meetings, and progress communication.
