Taking Fashion Further

The role

We are looking for sales assistants for our MANGO Roquetas store to work from June to September during the summer campaign.

What you'll do

Sell clothing, accessories, footwear and leather goods, as well as related services such as styling and personal shopping.
Interact with customers and sales support staff to maximise revenue generation and improve the customer experience.
Assist and inform consumers about offers, including product selection and purchase, with a broad knowledge of the organisation's policies.
Carry out store-level support duties, including warehousing, customer service, scheduling, day-to-day operations, tills and loss prevention services.
Help with placing online orders if a product is not available in store.

ABOUT YOU

Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the fashion sector.
Vocational training or equivalent experience in areas related to customer service and sales.
Broad knowledge of organizational policies, products and/or services.
Experience in processing online orders and handling inventory management systems.
Training in styling techniques, personal shopping, tailoring, and product customization.
