Store Manager

• 3 to 5 years of previous experience in store management or similar roles.
• University degree in business administration, commerce, or related areas.
• Advanced knowledge in accounting and budgeting.
• Experience in personnel supervision and management.
• Experience in the implementation of commercialization strategies and financial administration at a store level

We are looking for Store Manager profiles for our FLAGSHIP MANGO stores located in central Madrid.

Being a Store Manager in a store with these characteristics is a fundamental role in the representation and positioning of the brand. As the person responsible for one of the most emblematic stores, you will be an ambassador for the Mango image, setting the standard in terms of customer service, service quality, and the brand's style. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to connect with the District Manager and Country Manager teams to implement commercial strategies, analyze store performance, and ensure that the shopping experience reflects Mango's values.

• Manage the daily operation of the store, including accounting, budgeting, hiring, discipline, and employee scheduling.
• Supervise inventory, sales promotion, and the maintenance of the store's appearance.
• Implement commercialization, financial administration, and supervision of the sales staff.
• Ensure the execution of all organizational policies to achieve projected sales and profit objectives.
• Advise and direct department management to resolve operational problems and improve department performance and conditions.
