• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the fashion sector.
• Vocational training or equivalent experience in areas related to customer service and sales.
• Broad knowledge of organizational policies, products and/or services.
• Experience in processing online orders and handling inventory management systems.
• Training in styling techniques, personal shopping, tailoring, and product customization.

We are looking for sales assistants for our MANGO Madrid CENTRO store.

• Sell clothing, accessories, footwear and leather goods, as well as related services such as styling and personal shopping.
• Interact with customers and sales support staff to maximise revenue generation and improve the customer experience.
• Assist and inform consumers about offers, including product selection and purchase, with a broad knowledge of the organisation's policies.
• Carry out store-level support duties, including warehousing, customer service, scheduling, day-to-day operations, tills and loss prevention services.
• Help with placing online orders if a product is not available in store.

We offer permanent or temporary contracts to work during the Black Friday and Christmas campaign with afternoon and rotating shifts.
