Corporate Lawyer (M/F/X)

From the Finance, Tax & Legal division of Manpower Professional Recruitment, we are looking for a Tax Advisor (M/F/X) for an important comprehensive consulting firm for companies at its office in Madrid (City Center).

What you'll do

  • Legal advisory services of a corporate nature.
  • Incorporation and dissolution of all types of companies.
  • Preparation and drafting of corporate agreements and transactions (capital increases and decreases, transformations, shareholders' agreements, etc.).
  • Preparation and drafting of contracts.
  • Civil and criminal liability of directors.
  • Corporate restructuring transactions, mergers, demergers, spin-offs, share exchange transactions, company acquisitions, etc.
