Bottling Shift Supervisor (M/F/D) At Manpower, we are selecting a Bottling Shift Supervisor (M/F/D) to join a company located in Cabezo de Torres (Murcia), with more than 50 years of history and in constant growth. This is a newly created position aimed at reinforcing the plant's production organization and supporting its development plans. We are looking for a person with experience in industrial environments and team management, capable of coordinating production activity, prioritizing tasks, resolving operational incidents, and providing a continuous improvement vision within the bottling area. What will your mission be? To coordinate and supervise the production shift at the bottling plant, guaranteeing the continuity of the production process, compliance with quality and food safety standards, as well as the achievement of established manufacturing objectives. You will report directly to the Packaging Manager and will collaborate with the rest of the departments to ensure the correct functioning of the plant. Main functions: Guarantee the correct functioning of the packaging lines, minimizing downtime and incidents. Coordinate and supervise the production team assigned to the shift. Organize human and material resources to ensure production continuity. Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and prevention standards. Prioritize and coordinate actions with the different departments in the event of incidents or breakdowns. Supervise and validate production reports and shift records. Drive the training, development, and evaluation of the personnel under your charge. Foster an orderly, clean, and efficient working environment. We are looking for a person with: A minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions within industrial environments or production plants. Experience in team management. Knowledge of PRC and RSF. Capacity for organization, planning, and decision-making. Leadership, judgment, and results orientation. We value: Higher Level Vocational Training in the Food Industry or similar.
