Administrative Position (M/F/X) - Erandio Billing and ERP Management Administrator (Erandio) Do you have experience in administration and do you handle ERP environments with ease? We are looking for an organized, proactive person with agility in the use of IT tools to join a company located in Erandio. Main functions Management and issuance of billing via ERP. Registration and management of warehouse entries. Digitization and filing of documentation, attaching scanned documents in the ERP. Accounting and registration of supplier invoices. Preparation of bank remittances. Management of check deposits and banking procedures from the office. General administrative tasks linked to billing processes and document management. Requirements Previous experience in administrative positions. Regular use of ERP programs. High capacity to work with IT tools and great agility in computer use. Organized, rigorous person with adaptability. Experience in administration, billing, or accounting departments is valued. Conditions Location: Erandio (Bizkaia). Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00. Salary: €12.91 gross/hour.
