Your day-to-day will be like this
• You will start from the logistics center loading the van and the optimized route.
• You will make deliveries in the localities of Mérida.
• You will coordinate with the team in case of any incidents, but you will have the autonomy to move at your own pace.

What will help you shine in this position
• Having at least 1 year of driving license and 8 points or more. It will be your daily tool, so having experience and a good record will make you feel more confident.
• You do not need previous experience in delivery. The most important things are your desire to learn and your attitude.
• Being able to reach the workplace in Mérida daily. The van is picked up and returned there every day, so it is important that you can commute on your own.
• Availability to train and start soon. The training is brief (1 day) and prepares you to start with confidence.
• Having a responsible and proactive attitude. Here, we value drive and commitment more than resumes.
• You will thrive if you enjoy working on a route and with autonomy. If you prefer to move, avoid offices, and set your own pace, this job will suit you.

You will set off from Mérida with your route already prepared and the van ready, delivering around the area, managing your workday with autonomy and enjoying the rhythm of delivery.

Benefits that make a difference
• Full-time schedule of 38h per week.
• Work from Monday to Sunday, with 2 days off per week according to the roster.
• Usual shift from 10:00h to 19:00h, with the possibility of starting earlier or extending the workday depending on the route. The time may be adjusted according to the day's route; these are not fixed shifts and a weekly roster is made. It is usually 9h of route per day.
• Full and total availability required.
• Independence and autonomy in your day-to-day. You will manage your route with total confidence and responsibility.
• Easy-to-learn position, no experience necessary. With training of only 1 day, you will know how everything works and will start with confidence from the beginning.
• Immediate start and real continuity. You will be able to start in a few days. The contract is monthly, with the option to continue if everything goes well.
• Clear salary based on hours worked. €10/hour gross, no fine print. What you work, you earn.
