In-person and telephone customer service at reception. Switchboard management. Reception, control, and distribution of mail and parcels. Management and filing of documentation. Coordination and preparation of meeting rooms. Attention and welcoming of visitors. General administrative support to the various departments. What are we looking for? Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in customer service positions. Good communication skills and service orientation. An organized, proactive, and resourceful person. Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of office tools at a user level. What do we offer? Direct hiring by the company. Salary of €22,500 gross per year. Schedule from Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 20:00 h (with a break for lunch). Work center located in Sant Quirze del Vallès. Are you interested?
