Senior Procurement Specialist - Logistics, Warehousing & 3PL

• Experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management within logistics categories.
• Experience working with 3PL/4PL operators, warehousing, transport, distribution, or storage.
• Experience in RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
• Knowledge of logistics KPIs such as OTIF, lead time, service level, delivery compliance, incidents, and logistics costs.
• High level of English for communication with international suppliers and stakeholders.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, industrial, FMCG, or regulated environments is valued.
• Experience with SAP Ariba, SAP MM, or other procurement tools is valued.

• Lead sourcing and procurement processes for logistics services, transport, warehousing, and 3PL/4PL operators.
• Manage RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes for the selection and awarding of logistics providers.
• Negotiate rates, commercial conditions, contracts, and SLAs with transport operators, warehouses, and 3PL providers.
• Evaluate and qualify suppliers, analyzing cost, quality, operational capacity, geographic coverage, and service level.
• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, SLAs, OTIF, lead time, incidents, costs, and service levels.
• Identify opportunities for savings, process optimization, and improvement of logistics efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure that logistics solutions meet business needs.

• Hybrid model, with 2-3 days of remote work per week.

We are looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist with experience in procurement of logistics services, warehousing, transport, distribution, and 3PL/4PL operators, to join a project in a multinational company within the pharmaceutical sector.

The selected person will participate in the definition and execution of sourcing strategies for categories linked to warehousing, logistics operators, distribution, national/international transport, order picking, inventory management, and 3PL services, working cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Quality teams.
