Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities and facility format changes, following internal procedures and applicable regulations, with the objective of ensuring production continuity and efficiency and guaranteeing the correct functioning and availability of facilities and production equipment, in a regulated industrial environment.

• Ensure the good maintenance state and availability of the facilities for production.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance work according to established procedures, guidelines, and quality criteria.
• Periodically monitor the correct functioning of the facilities, reporting any detected deviations.
• Analyze and resolve breakdowns effectively, proposing solutions or escalating incidents when necessary.
• Perform format changes and adjustments on production lines.
• Anticipate and request the spare parts and resources necessary for maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate on new projects, process optimization, machinery or facility changes.
• Provide technical support during audits, inspections, change controls, and basic training for operators when required.
• Supervise and coordinate, where appropriate, work performed by external providers.
• Participate in area coordination meetings and report activities using established models (WOs, times, materials, etc.).
• Propose technical improvements that contribute to performance optimization.
• Collaborate in the updating of procedures and work instructions.

Facilities Maintenance Technician (M/F/X)

MANPOWER is selecting a Facilities Maintenance Technician (M/F/X) to join a leading company in the pharma sector located in Lliça Del Vall.

• Technical training: Intermediate Vocational Training module (or similar).
• Knowledge in electricity, boilermaking, HVAC, and plumbing.
• Boiler and forklift licenses (valuable/essential depending on the position).
• Knowledge of GMP environments and quality regulations.
• Analytical skills, incident resolution capability, and teamwork.
