Requirements

What we're looking for

- At least 3 years of experience leading teams and managing web development projects.

- Demonstration of successful projects showcasing skills in web portal design and functionality.

Required technical knowledge:

- Web Development Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience developing applications and web portals.

- Programming Languages: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.

- Web Security: Knowledge of web security practices and data protection.

- User Focus: Knowledge of UI/UX and WCAG.

- JEE Experience: EJB, JMS, JPA, JAX-RS, and JAX-WS.

- Experience with OpenJDK 8 or later.

- Experience working with JPA and Hibernate (Spring Data is also acceptable).

- Experience with relational databases, especially Oracle.

- Experience with PL/SQL and developing stored procedures in Oracle.

- Knowledge of JSF: MyFaces and PrimeFaces (knowledge of RichFaces is also valued).

Nice to have

Desirable knowledge:

- Familiarity with Unix-based operating systems.

- Knowledge of version control software (preferably Git).

- Accustomed to working under Agile Scrum methodologies and/or Kanban boards, with the support of Jira and Confluence tools.

The role

Manager of Web Portal Teams (10-15 people)

What you'll do

- Monitoring and supervision of the technical progress of team members in projects.

- Technical support when team members encounter blocks or knowledge gaps.

- Periodic performance evaluations of team members.

- Technical coordination within the team and with other areas, especially with the technical coordinator of the solution.
