The role
At Paul Marlex, we collaborate with a prestigious hospital in Barcelona that is in full development of its Pediatric ICU. We are looking for a Nursing Coordinator who wants to drive the unit forward, managing the team, improving internal processes, and establishing work protocols. This is an opportunity to join a stable project with professional growth opportunities and to actively participate in the evolution of the unit.
PROFILE SOUGHT
- Nursing Degree.
- Experience in Pediatric ICU.
- Valuable experience in team leadership or coordination.
- A committed, organized, and proactive person, eager to grow professionally.
- Availability to work in Barcelona.
