What do we need from you?
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Manufacturing, or similar.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position as Operations Manager, Production Manager, or Operations Director in the industrial sector.
• Experience managing production teams, organizational transformation, and developing high-performance teams.
