If you have experience in the coordination and supervision of logistics and distribution operations

Previous experience in logistics, transport, port operations, or ship supply.
Capacity for organization and team management.
Availability and schedule flexibility, especially due to the characteristics of maritime operations.
Capacity to work under pressure and resolve incidents quickly.
Proficiency in IT tools and ERP
Driver's license.

Nice to have

Experience in the ship supply / ship chandler sector will be valued.
English level will be valued

The role

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a powerful company in the logistics sector in Valencia in the search for a professional to join the team as a logistics manager in the ship supply area.

What you'll do

Planning and coordination of ship supply deliveries.
Organization of routes, vehicles, and delivery personnel.
Coordination with clients, warehouse, carriers, and maritime agencies.
Order tracking and control of delivery times.
Supervision of loading, unloading, and goods preparation.
Management and control of documentation related to operations.
Resolution of incidents and adaptation to last-minute changes.
Supervision of the correct functioning of the warehouse and stock.
Monitoring of port operations and coordination with the various parties involved.
Guarantee compliance with safety and quality procedures.
